Premium Service and Support

The GPX Operations team is there to deliver the premium service and support that you expect and demand to successfully and flawlessly run your critical applications within a GPX data center. To provide superior security and reliability the GPX Network Operations Center (NOC) uses a fully integrated building management system to provide 24/7 monitoring and control of building access and give visibility to all critical systems including: HVAC, power, fire suppression and the optical transport network.

GPX provides another level of reliability and service by having a pre-wired and tested CAT6 and fiber interconnect system. This enables cabinet to cabinet and cabinet to service provider cross-connects with minimal additional wiring resulting in higher reliability and reduced installation time. To manage all activity at the data center GPX uses a customized operations database which integrates the inventory of all equipment and cabling as well as work order management and trouble ticketing.

Experienced Staff

The GPX Operations staff is there to support your needs from helping determine space and power requirements through installation and testing as well as ongoing maintenance support activities. Post Sales support such as installation support and maintenance support is performed by system engineers and is offered via the GPX product called On-site Technical Support (OTS).
